- Raise the heat to medium high. Add kale and toss to coat in oil evenly. Add stock/water and stir-fry the kale evenly for about 1-2 mins.
- Lower the heat. Cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the leaves turn bright green.
- Remove cover and continue to cook & stir until almost all the liquid have evaporated.
- Season with salt & pepper (go easy on the salt if stock is used!)
- Add balsamic vinegar to the dish and allow to cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Plate & serve. Goes well with white rice or even by itself! :)
